Spark enlists Dubber to provide call recording on its Cloud Phone service
Melbourne, 12 June 2019, Dubber Corporation Limited (ASX: DUB), the world’s most scalable cloud call recording service, is today pleased to announce that it is providing the call recording and data capture service for Spark’s Cloud Phone, powered by the Cisco BroadCloud calling platform. The service is live and available immediately.
The Dubber call recording platform has been integrated into Spark’s Cloud Phone product offering which combines landline and mobile communications into one seamless user experience.
Spark is the latest telco to adopt Dubber’s call recording service, joining 103 other global telcos including global leaders such as AT&T, Cox and Optus.
With Dubber’s cloud call recording software, users can capture voice data anywhere, on any platform and on any device including UC, Mobile Call Recording and VoIP. Available as a truly native cloud product, the call recording offers security, unlimited scalability and rapid deployment with no capital expenditure required.
