Long Term contract for a Solution Architect leading a team on the Workforce management and Payroll portfolio project.


Long Term contract for a Solution Architect leading a team on the Workforce management and Payroll portfolio project.
As the Solution Architect you will use testing and business analysis expertise to test solution changes undertaken by Workforce Management Solution and Operations, efficiently and effectively, within required time frames.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and supervise teams
  • Develop and maintain end to end solution architectures and designs
  • Develop business cases, cost estimation for solution architectures and designs
  • Establish and implement mitigation strategies
  • Manage project and operational work using project management methodologies
  • Develop briefs, submissions, presentations and reports
  • Develop and manage relationships with and between stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaborative working
  • Assist in the development and review of Business and Operational Plans
  • Lead the development of solution architectures for complex processes
  • Identify organisational requirements for the resources necessary to support the enterprise architecture

Key Skills required:
  • Proven track record in a similar role on a large scale HR/Payroll/Rostering project.
  • Experienced with SAP and Workbrain
  • Health experience is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and undertake impact analysis
  • Proven experience developing solutions architectures within complex ICT environments
  • Experience in highly integrated ERP environments as part of large scale ERP transformations
  • Experience in enterprise service bus, system integration, security design and automation tools are desirable.
  • Experience in TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT and other architecture frameworks desirable
  • Proven experience in Solution Integration Design
  • Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills.
