Appian
See how Appian, leading provider of modern low-code and BPM software solutions, has helped transform the businesses of over 3.5 million users worldwide.
From Cloud to artificial intelligence (AI), Asia-Pacific organisations have a growing range of technology options to assist digital transformation programs.
Appian, in partnership with IDG, conducted a survey of 305 senior IT managers (175 in Australia and 130 in Singapore) in organisations with 500 employees or more across a variety of vertical industries.
The research aimed to evaluate digital transformation progress in these organisations, and find out organisational drivers for change.
Given their inherent similarities, it’s entirely logical that robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) would have crossover in a variety of different contexts. Both of these technologies are contingent upon bringing order to processes – usually workflows, in either the physical or digital realm – that might otherwise run the risk of falling into disorder for any number of reasons, most notably human error.
Businesses that want to embrace digital transformation need process excellence to spur value creation. BPM tools can make process improvement easy, laying the groundwork for long-term efficiency and sustainable innovation.
