iPAQ users get hands on more RAM

Portable Computer Enhancements (PCE) announced on Tuesday that it will install RAM upgrades on Compaq Computer Corp.'s iPAQ handheld computer. The upgrades will double the iPAQ's memory capacity from 32M bytes to 64M bytes of RAM, and will be installed internally. The internal installation will free up the iPAQ's external expansion port for further memory expansion, PCE said in a statement.
