BOSTON (04/03/2000) - U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson will release his "conclusions of law," or the verdict, in the government's antitrust case against Microsoft Corp. at 5 p.m. EDT today, according to a court media hotline recording. Jackson's ruling today will focus on whether Microsoft, which he has previously ruled is a monopoly, violated U.S. antitrust laws.
