Fujitsu Siemens Appoints Stodden President, CEO

LONDON (04/10/2000) - Fujitsu Siemens Computers BV late last week named Paul Stodden as the new president and chief executive officer of the European PC vendor.

Stodden, who has been with Siemens since 1987, was previously president and CEO of Siemens IT Service GmbH, and worked with Fujitsu customers worldwide while restructuring the Siemens unit, Fujitsu Siemens said in a statement.

The two interim co-presidents of the joint venture between Japan's Fujitsu Ltd. and Germany's Siemens AG stepped down at the end of last month. Winfried Hoffmann and Robert Hoog led the company through an intensive six-month integration period since October of last year.
