Quantum/ATL

Prism-based libraries

ATL Products' Prism library architecture features a PCI expansion bus, which lets Prism-based libraries, such as the P1000, P3000 and P6000, support an upgrade from SCSI to Fibre Channel by swapping PCI interface cards.

The Fibre Channel interface allows full integration with other library features, such as control from remote location via a Web browser, management alerts via SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol), intelligence for self-managing, self-healing and customer Web Portal for ‘phone home' assistance.

Pricing: for the range of "P" series libraries starts at $38,000 for a P1000 to around $417,000 for a fully configured HA P3000 library (prices vary according to options required).
