Express Data has finalised details after nearly three months of negotiations with Adobe to take on distribution for the entire Adobe product range.
The deal will take effect from July 10.
Adobe sales manager John Biviano said the size and strength of the distributor would allow the company more access to the channel.
"The time is right to appoint a strong national distributor with the expertise that Express Data brings to this partnership."
Express Data's national marketing manager, Peter Masters, said the timing of the deal was perfect, given the company's increased focus on the education and retail market.
"We have seen uses of Adobe's products for many years and have noted the obvious synergy with our existing product sets to offer total solutions for Web and graphic design," he said.
