FRAMINGHAM (08/04/2000) - Microsoft Corp. is seeking to dismiss more than half of the 62 private, class-action antitrust lawsuits that have been consolidated and are under review by the U.S. District Court. Microsoft attorney David Tulchin said Thursday that the motion filed this week in Baltimore seeks to dismiss 37 of the cases on the grounds that indirect purchasers can't sue for damages.
