Baltimore Reports Record Q3 Revenues

E-security solutions provider Baltimore Technologies has announced record third-quarter results.

For the period ending September 30 2000, total revenue for the quarter was $US29.7 million, a 215 per cent increase compared to the same period last year, and a 24 per cent increase over second quarter 2000 results.

Fran Rooney, chief executive officer for Baltimore Technology, said: "Strong revenue growth across all areas of our business, key customer wins and the announcement of the strategic acquisitions of Content Technologies and Nevex Software Technologies underline the continuing momentum in our business."

Baltimore announced a deal with Motorola last month to provide solutions via its Telepathy wireless e-security product and services offering for secure transactions via Internet-enabled wireless devices.
