Computer Associates International Inc.'s interBiz applications division on Thursday introduced its interbiz eCommerce Suite, with applications designed to help create an intelligent electronic store front and assist companies in managing supplier relationships.
ECommerce Suite includes interBiz Store and interbiz Procure and works off interBiz Bizworks' platform, said Gary Layton, vice president of marketing for interBiz. Bizworks is a platform that integrates interBiz's ERP (enterprise resource planning), financial, supply chain and banking applications.
InterBiz Store is an electronic store front that can support multiple languages and allows companies to mine consumer data to determine buying trends. Executives can access real-time information of buying and interest trends of consumers and modify their electronic store front to address the trends revealed, he said.
InterBiz Procure assists with supply relationships and works to speed up the procurement process, Layton said.
InterBiz Bizworks starts at a base price of US$125,000 and interBiz Store, which is available now, adds $35,000 to the application suite. InterBiz Procure is expected out in November and also will cost $35,000. The actual eCommerce Suite is expected to be available during the first quarter of next year, Layton said.
