Baltimore's ASP/WASP E-security Strategy

E-security specialists Baltimore Technologies has released a packaging of their products for application service providers (ASPs) and wireless application security providers (WASPs), with the aim that high value transactions can occur with confidence.

John Palfreyman, managing director for Baltimore said their integrated suite of e-security solutions will enable ASPs to provide a broad range of services including secure public key infrastructure (PKI) hosting, virtual private networks (VPN), secure Web access and content filtering.

ASPs will be able to build digital certificate and security functionality into their existing e-service applications. The prepackaged solution is also targeted at the WASP market.
