Tabloid Briefs: NetGear goss, Another winner

Netgear goss

First CHA, then Netgear and now Victoria Police? James Robbins, Netgear's southern regional manager and former CHA marketing manager is set to leave to join the ranks of Victoria's "Force".

Robbins emailed Tabloid last week with the goss, saying the move is a "lifelong career dream".

Robbins leaves on Friday October 6, with a replacement expected in the coming weeks.

The soon-to-be constable said in the email: "I wish you all the very best in your future endeavours and I hope I bump into some of you in the future. Hopefully I won't be giving you a speeding ticket!"

That's right, James, Tabloid is expecting anyone caught by yourself will be able to utter the words "but I read about you in Tabloid" for an immediate Get out of Gaol Free card.

We have another winner

And speaking of CHA ... everyone's favourite cup of tea, CHA's Roger Bushell (ahem), is a winner!

He was the first to email arn_tabloid@idg.com.au last week with the correct answer to "Who is this guy??"

The answer is Adrian Ballintine, executive chairman of MultiEmedia.

For his efforts, Roger has received a copy of the 3D Studio Max R3 Bible from IDG Books, and one of ARNnet's groovy mobile phone chairs.

So to keep up the quest, who is this guy below??

Email Tabloid to receive your own limited edition mobile phone chair.

But wait, there's more. We also have on offer one of ARNnet's iridescent orange mugs, as seen at the channel portal's recent launch in Sydney for the first to respond.
