According to Paul Norton, chief operating officer for Swish, the agreement confirms Swish as one of Australia's premier "e-developers".
"We have been working with Optus on various projects this year and found that the Swish skill sets in design and hosting are a natural complement to the company's business model," Norton said. "This is just a formalisation of our existing relationship."
Optus provides a 155 Megabit communications link to Swish's Sun- and Cisco-endorsed data centres.
