Patch: Debian, SuSE tcpdump utility

Debian and SuSE have warned a denial-of-service vulnerability has been discovered in the tcpdump network monitoring utility. Using a specially crafted ISAKMP packet a malicious user could cause the utility to go into an infinite loop.

Both groups have released patches to address the flaw.
