Vulnerability: Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)

CERT Security Advisory has warned multiple vulnerabilities exist in the implementation of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) which may allow an attacker to gain unauthorized privileged access, cause denial-of-service attacks, or cause unstable system behaviour.

SIP-enabled products from a wide variety of vendors are affected.
