Suncorp has apologised to customers after scheduled system maintenance affected its Internet and mobile banking services.
"While the enhancements will ultimately improve the experience for our customers, unfortunately we experienced some slowness issues with Internet banking," a Suncorp Bank spokesperson said.
"We anticipate this is a short term issue and customers are still able to access their accounts."
The bank tweeted today that it was working on fixing the issue “as soon as possible.”

Last month the bank suffered problems with transfers, BPAY payments and eStatements on its Internet banking platform.
Earlier this year the bank's credit card rewards platform suffered an outage during system maintenance.
