The Department of Defence has inked a $500,000 deal to replace its current electronic forms system.
Defence will move all its current forms to content management software vendor Filenet's Forms Manager and 30,000 concurrent Desktop eForms licences.
Filenet's Australia and New Zealand managing director James Rae said it will also complement other Filenet installations already in place. The solution tracks CV and history information as well as courses that are being undertaken and certifications.
Rae said Filenet's forms generator system has driven a "serious" reduction in the 200,000 forms in use at Defence.
