In brief: Superloop joins the ASX

Network infrastructure company now trading as SLC on the ASX

Superloop, Bevan Slattery's network infrastructure spinoff from interconnection-as-a-service provider Megaport, has joined the ASX.

Superloop is now trading under the symbol SLC on the exchange.

"This is a milestone I am immensely proud of, which, now complete, allows Superloop management to focus on customers and commissioning our networks," CEO Daniel Abrahams said.

"Superloop remains on track to achieve its planned 'network live' milestone during the third quarter of 2015 for its initial core networks in Australia and Singapore."

Abrahams was appointed Superloop CEO in April.

Superloop was launched as a dedicated infrastructure company based on Megaport's fibre assets.

The company's IPO raised $17.5 million.

"The IPO has enabled the participation of more than 2,300 investors in Superloop’s future as we strive to deliver on our vision of becoming a leading independent provider of connectivity services across the Asia Pacific Region," Slattery said.
