D-LINK AUSTRALIA ANNOUNCES NEW GROWING
SALES STRUCTURE

• Promotion of Graeme Reardon - National Sales Manager
• New BDM for Telecom / xDSL - Dean Williams

Sydney, November 10, 2003 — as part of D-Link’s new sales structure, D-Link Australia today announced the following changes within its sales division.

Firstly, with the promotion of Graeme Reardon to the position of National Sales Manager, D-Link Australia and New Zealand.

Based in Sydney, Graeme will continue to maintain close relationships with D-Link’s major ISP’s and the general Distribution Channel in both Australia and New Zealand.

Graeme has been with D-Link for almost three years and during that time has been instrumental in the continuing success of D-Link in both Australia and New Zealand and has been the driving force behind D-Link’s success in the broadband ISP market.

Graeme also has well over 10 years experience in the IT industry having worked in the networking and broadband arena for most of that time.

His promotion coincides with D-Link’s new sales structure and image and is a result of the enormous growth D-Link has been experiencing over the last 3 years. D-Link’s growth has largely been attributed to the market wanting more and more Wireless and Broadband technologies. But not only this,
D-Link’s global positioning has made D-Link the preferred choice in networking technology.

“Graeme’s promotion is testament to his ability to take on the toughest challenge and always come out winning,” said Domenic Torre, General Manager, D-Link Australia and New Zealand.

Graeme has filled the void created by Domenic Torre’s recent appointment as D-Link General Manager.

Secondly, as part of the continual growth within D-Link, we would also like to announce the appointment of Dean Williams as the new Business Development Manager for Telecom / xDSL, based in Sydney

Dean’s major role is to follow on from Graeme Reardon’s previous role to educate and offer ISP’s the next generation of broadband solutions and to continue to maintain and grow the broadband business Australia wide and in New Zealand. Dean joins a strong sales team based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane and shortly in New Zealand.

<more>
Having been in the IT industry for over 12 years, in various senior account management and channel roles, Dean will be one of the key points of contact for the ISP’s and the channel working with the ISP’s.</more>

“Dean’s appointment is an extremely important role to continue to grow the broadband market and to identify and provide innovative broadband solutions to the telecom and ISP market”, says Torre.

In addition, Torre says, “I’m confident that we will continue to demonstrate a strong commitment to the regional market and to continually grow our business”
