IT services and business solutions provider Fujitsu has recruited Dan O'Hara as executive general manager of solutions. O'Hara's appointment takes Fujitsu's local management team to five, reporting to CEO Phil Kerrigan.
O'Hara, the former CEO of TMP Worldwide's Contact business and responsible for the group's trans-Tasman call centre operations, will head Fujitsu's business partnerships, overall projects and "go-to-market" strategies.
O'Hara is a 30-year veteran in the IT industry. His other credentials include six years with Data General, the last four as MD of its Australasian business before its acquisition by EMC in 1999. He was also a senior executive with ICL and Computer Power.
