Oracle Corp., seeking to help customers that want more efficient collaboration of back-office processes, announced on Tuesday its E-Business Hub at AppsWorld in New Orleans.
Oracle E-business Hub is a collection of B2B (business-to-business) software products that automate processes and enable collaboration across companies, Oracle said in a news release. The new E-Business Hub applications include Oracle Supply Chain Hub, Oracle Transportation Hub, Oracle Product Development Hub and Oracle Exchange Marketplace, the company said.
The online collaboration software can connect to any system through XML (Extensible Markup Language) application interfaces or a simple Web browser. Oracle E-Business Hub components work on top of Oracle8i Database and Oracle9i Application Server.
