WebGain furthers component reuse battle plan

WebGain Inc. last week announced Application Composer, software that enables developers who use Visual Basic and other non-Java languages to build applications and deploy them on a Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) platform. The software also will extend WebGain's efforts to help developers reuse application components, according to Ted Farrell, CTO of WebGain in Santa Clara, Calif.
