Jeeves readies customer self service

Jeeves solutions, a division of Ask Jeeves Inc., on Monday will announce a natural language software product for customer self service.

The company's JeevesOne offering provides relevant answers and customer analytics, and helps companies learn from every question customers ask, according to the company. Intended for Global 2000 companies, the software utilizes data marts for data analysis and provides reports on marketing performance.

JeevesOne is available as either a hosted service or can be deployed in-house.
