NewSat enters trading halt
Satellite operator NewSat (ASX:NWT) has entered a trading halt while it prepares to announce a “significant transaction.”
The company said it intended to make the announcement on 1 February, an has requested that the halt be lifted then.
NWT shares fell 12.5 per cent on Friday, prior to the freeze, to close at $0.007.
iSOFT reveals lapse of options
Health IT company iSOFT (ASX:ISF) has disclosed that 400,000 of its options have lapsed.
The options had been issued as part of the company's employee incentive plan, iSOFT said.
ISF shares on Friday declined 2.78 per cent to $0.070.
Anittel director resigns
IT and telecom services provider Anittel (ASX:AYG) has revealed that director Alan Chalmers has resigned.
Chalmers has had a seat on the board since June 2009, Anittel said.
The company provides voice, data, mobility, PBX, IT and VoIP services to small and medium businesses, with an emphasis on regional Australia. AYG shares stayed flat on Friday at $0.012.
Wotif.com doubles booking window
Online travel booking services provider Wotif.com Holdings (ASX:WTF) has revealed it has extended the booking window on its website from three to six months.
The company said it had decided on the extension in response to demand from customers who prefer to plan ahead while booking holidays.
WTF shares on Friday fell 1.38 per cent to $4.300.
