In brief: US games provider enters development venture with Entellect Solutions

The collaboration will include the development, marketing and implementation of educational games and learning initiatives

Entellect Solutions (ASX:ESN) (ESN) has announced US-based educational games provider, Knowledge Nation (KN), is to become a subsidiary of the company under its recently established collaboration with Mooter Media and Hot Shot Media.

The gaming company will be a development arm in the collaboration between ESN, Mooter and Hot Shot, subject to approval by the co-developers and established through a Singapore registered joint venture called the Knowledge Nation Joint Venture (KNJV).

The venture will see the development, marketing and implementation of a suite of interactive educational games, learning initiatives and educational derivatives.

Its equity holders will be Entellect with 60 per cent, Mooter with 20 per cent and Hot Shot with 20 per cent.

A number of appointments have been made to run the venture, including Paul Fullwood as senior advisor and Robin Matthews as studio head.
