Vodafone Australia and Telecom New Zealand (TNZ) have signed a network services agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement TNZ will purchase capacity from and connect to Vodafone Australia's network, whilst operating its own brand, Cellular One.
Vodafone will also manage all interconnect and roaming.
The companies believe the new relationship will lead to the creation of a new range of customer offerings within the Australian telecommunications market.
TNZ said it will now be able to connect equipment, such as intelligent network devices, to the Vodafone network.
