VHA launches plans targeted at business customers

Streamlined pricing structure offers simplicty, the telco claims

Vodafone Hutchison Australia (VHA) has launched a new offering for business customers with its TalkBusiness plans, claiming it will simplify telecommunications costs.

The plans, which are currently available on both standard and SIM-only contracts, count minutes of talk time instead of a schedule of call rates to others on the Vodafone network and are available at $40, $60, $80 and $100 price points.

VHA director of marketing, John Casey, said the plans were developed to provide businesses with greater “simplicity”, containing a streamlined pricing structure with a rate of $0.09 per 30 seconds for standard national voice calls to mobiles and landlines.

“Flagfall has also been removed from all TalkBusiness plans, ensuring greater transparency and significant savings for business customers,” he said in a statement.

As reported by Computerworld Australia, the telco in August increased data quotas of its Vodafone and 3 contract caps, making way for the rising use of mobile internet and 3G services in Australia, which has seen a growth of 150 per cent over the 12 months to June.
