Medical IT deal gets extended life

NSW Health has renewed an $8 million deal to provide doctors, nurses and allied health professionals with access to a health information database called Clinical Information Access Program.

NSW Health originally negotiated a three-year contract with medical software company Health Communication Network, but this new deal extends that contract for a further two years.
