AMP NETCONNECT, a brand of Tyco Electronics, has increased its commitment to the development of Queensland business with the appointment of Eric Brace.

Brace said: “After many years of association with AMP from a distribution perspective it’s a great opportunity to be directly involved at the coal face with one of the fastest growing vendors.”

Greg Spencer, Regional Business Director ANZ – AMP NETCONNECT, comments: “Eric brings to Tyco Electronics a unique balance of sales, technical and business experiences that will directly benefit our customers, installation partners, and distributors’ businesses...”

In addition, Derek Phillips has rejoined the ranks of Tyco Electronics as Project Manager, Queensland and Northern Territory. This will provide a distinct edge to Tyco in the quality and accuracy of delivery of major projects, and provide the ability to engineer truly tailored solutions for demanding applications.

“I think that today our partners and customers have a lot of choice. We hope that by providing these unparalleled levels of service and support, by combining the best solutions and the best people, we at AMP NETCONNECT can make that choice an easy one,” said Spencer.
