Acronis ANZ Appoints Business Development Manager

Acronis has appointed Lachlan Everett as Business Development Manager to drive corporate licence revenues for the Australian and New Zealand markets.

<p>Everett brings with him six years sales experience in the IT sector, especially with SMB and large corporate accounts. As Business Development Manager, Everett will be responsible for developing end user and partner lead management processes, while engaging with the partners to reinforce the Acronis message.</p>

<p>Prior to joining Acronis, Everett was the National Sales Manager for StayinFront Group, where he strategically grew the business in several key market verticals. His prominent work in many sales force effectiveness projects got him promoted to Business Development Manager for StayinFront Group early this year. Everett has also held various sales positions in global software vendors like Symantec, Bright Mail and Trend Micro.</p>
<p>Acronis has experienced impressive growth since the office was opened in April 2007. It has boosted the number of channel partners with the launch of a local partner program and the partner portal early this year. Last month, Acronis introduced the latest backup solution, Acronis Backup &amp; Recovery 10, which features data deduplication, agent-less virtualisation support and centralised management capabilities, targeting the SMB and the enterprise markets.</p>
