Patch: SQL Server 2000

Microsoft has released a cumulative patch that includes the functionality of all previously released patches for SQL Server 2000.

The patch has also been designed to overcome three new vulnerabilities, including buffer overrun vulnerabilities in a procedure used to encrypt SQL Server credential information, bulk inserting of data in SQL Server tables, and a privilege elevation vulnerability due to in-correct permissions on the Registry key.
