Australian internet telephone technology company Freshtel Holdings has announced the appointment of Dr Allan Sullivan as non-executive director and chairman.
Sullivan, who has held numerous executive roles in technology companies over the past 30 years, replaces Ken Loughnan AO, who is stepping down due to other commitments.
Closely associated with Freshtel’s largest shareholder, Custodial Capital Management, Sullivan says he’s looking forward to taking on his new role.
“I am confident my experience in leading and transforming technology companies will benefit Freshtel as it seeks to expand its global foot print,” Sullivan said.
Freshtel distributes VoIP products to major retail chains, such as Bing Lee, JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks.
