Doug Gibson and Bob Sparshatt Join Acxiom® Australia and New Zealand

<p>Acxiom® Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM), a global leader in customer information management, today announced the appointment of Mr. Doug Gibson to the role of Sales Leader, Australia and New Zealand, and Mr. Bob Sparshatt to the role of Analytics Consultant, Australia and New Zealand.</p>
<p>Mr. Gibson will oversee the growth and implementation of Acxiom’s business development strategy for both the Australian and New Zealand markets. He joins Acxiom with extensive experience in sales leadership, the management of key accounts and the development and execution of go to market strategies. At SAP he held the position of Director of the CIO Solutions Office, focused primarily on the sale of NetWeaver® technology solutions. His prior experience includes tenures at Oracle and IBM.</p>
<p>Mr. Sparshatt will report to Mr. Neil Boulton, head of Acxiom’s new Consulting line of business in the Australian and New Zealand markets. He will work closely with Acxiom’s clients to develop strategies for customer insight based on best practice methodologies for identifying and reaching customers and prospects with optimal potential value. Mr. Sparshatt’s previous experience in marketing analytics, customer insight and geospatial and customer analytics includes more than seven years with Pacific Micromarketing. His responsibilities included the development and implementation of consumer demographic, geodemographic and customer segmentation solutions, including the development of consumer analytical product Mosaic® in 2008. Prior to this he completed a four-year term for Experian in the UK.</p>
<p>Mr. Neil Boulton moves from his previous role as Sales Leader, Australia and New Zealand, to work closely with Acxiom’s customers to further develop their strategic marketing capabilities and deliver practical solutions to maximise business and growth opportunities. Acxiom’s services will include market area analysis, comparative analysis, geo-mapping, customer segmentation, propensity modeling and scoring, utilising Acxiom’s range of data sets including InfoBase®, PersonicX® and FirmographicX® products.</p>
