If it’s Monday, this must be my call centre - 40 percent profit boost expected ‘virtually overnight’ with IPscape

Last Thursday, Pacific FX Traders had a manual dialling system for its 22 agents. On Monday morning, after signing the contract on Friday, the agents were making calls via a fully automated outbound call centre from IPscape, the Australian Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contact centre specialist. The IPscape solution bundles telco voice, software, reporting and management on a per-second billing basis for inbound, outbound or blended requirements.

Last Thursday, Pacific FX Traders had a manual dialling system for its 22 agents. On Monday morning, after signing the contract on Friday, the agents were making calls via a fully automated outbound call centre from IPscape.

‘In a “know it when I see it” moment last Thursday, we saw what IPscape could do and knew we had to have it - right now!,’ stated Newton Grace, General Manager of Pacific FX Traders.

‘It’s an absolutely fabulous concept and delivers all the benefits a business with a call centre needs - greater agent productivity, amazing flexibility, clever business based rules and a big profitability boost. Our estimation is a profit improvement of nearly 40 percent from the IPscape system.

‘It really was a no-brainer decision,’ concluded Grace.

Pacific FX Traders provides marketing services for WealthFX, an educational program to train individuals how to trade in foreign exchange with a better understanding of the market and twelve months support via an allocated tutor.

Key to the Pacific FX Traders business model is a telemarketing and sales team operating out of Queensland. According to Grace, ‘the model has been successful despite the current economic situation’, leading the company to expand to larger premises to accommodate additional staff and streamline operations.

In opening the new office on Monday, Pacific FX Traders also opened a new call centre system one business day after signing the contract.

‘Pacific FX Traders is a perfect example of how IPscape’s SaaS call centre can transform a business virtually overnight,’ said Simon Burke, CEO at IPscape.

‘All the advanced functionality like the behemoth call centre “big boys” delivered lightning fast - reducing costs, eliminating upfront capex and leapfrogging months of implementation delays,’ stated Burke.

The IPscape solution bundles telco voice, software, reporting and management on a per-second billing basis for inbound, outbound or blended requirements.
