Siemens integrates WebEx into OpenScape enterprise communications solution

<p>Melbourne, 7th April, 2004 - WebEx Communications, Inc. and the Enterprise Networks division of Siemens ICN, a subsidiary of Siemens AG, announced that Siemens has integrated WebEx meeting capabilities into its OpenScape communications suite. Siemens next generation solution provides customers with one-button access to WebEx's advanced web communications capabilities, making it easy to move into a highly interactive web meeting from a phone call or other communication session.</p>
<p>The range of supported integrated communications makes the Siemens OpenScape solution one of the most comprehensive enterprise communications products on the market. The OpenScape solution is a SIP-based, open application that provides users with consolidated access to all enterprise communication resources, including interactive WebEx meetings.
