The Learning Group has announced the appointment of Anette Karlsson in the newly created role of Director of Business Solutions Asia Pacific, based in Sydney.

<p>Sydney, 15 September 2008 - The Learning Group, a specialist Australian e-learning development company, has announced the appointment of Anette Karlsson in the newly created role of Director of Business Solutions Asia Pacific, based in Sydney.</p>
<p>Karlsson joins The Learning Group with more than 10 years’ experience in learning solutions and will be responsible for generating new business and account management with a focus on extending the company’s reach in the Asia Pacific region.</p>
<p>Karlsson was previously Education Account Manager at SAP where she was responsible for identifying, qualifying and selling SAP Education Services to assigned named accounts while building successful relationships with SAP customers and partners. Prior, she was Business Solutions Manager at The Learning Group for more than five years. In this role, she helped build The Learning Group’s clients base, bringing onboard Australian blue chip clients and contributing to a doubling of the company’s revenue.</p>

<p>Karlsson has a Bachelor or Science in Organisational Psychology, and a 1st class Honours Degree in Organisational Psychology from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She is a qualified Organisational Psychologist.</p>
