Alphawest and Deacons Working Together to Improve Relationship Intelligence

<p>SYDNEY, Australia, 14 February 2005 – Alphawest Services Pty Ltd, an Australian IT Services business, has announced that a leading Australian law firm, Deacons, has selected it to provide consulting services and implementation of InterAction® software to support the firm's relationship intelligence strategy. InterAction® is a product of Interface Software, which is a Lexis Nexis company.</p>
<p>Deacons engaged Alphawest because of its expertise and experience with client relationship management (CRM) solutions and other applications in the legal market.</p>
<p>The decision to implement InterAction® was due to the product’s proven capability as a leading CRM solution for professional services and relationship-based organisations. InterAction® will be rolled out to Deacons’ over 1000 employees including lawyers, support staff and marketing personnel, serving as the firm's central repository of client and contact information.</p>
