Flaw: Network Connection Manager, Windows 2000

The Network Connection Manager in Windows 2000 calls a handler routine whenever a network connection has been established. A flaw could allow an unprivileged user to cause the handler routine to run in the security context of LocalSystem, leading to full system privileges.
