The Frame Group Announces Queensland Expansion

<p>The Frame Group, an Australian technology services company, has relocated to new offices in Brisbane and announced two key senior appointments to service the company’s fast expanding customer base in the Sunshine State.</p>
<p>The Frame Group originally opened its first office in Queensland in 2004 and has since grown its staff base to 12 consultants servicing both private and public sector customers. These include Suncorp Metway, Queensland Health, Queensland Transport, SPARQ Solutions, and Boeing. In addition, the company recently signed up Ensham Resources for which it will provide an IT environment assessment and a strategic report on planned IT investment.</p>
<p>Jason Edlin has been appointed Senior Business Consultant with responsibility for strategic consulting, business process analysis, and client liaison.</p>
<p>He joins The Frame Group with more than 30 years’ experience in business consulting and business process management. Most recently, he spent eight years at Suncorp where he held various positions, including Business Process Architect, and Team Leader Business Control and Analysis for the organisation’s Wealth Management Operations.</p>
<p>During this time with Suncorp, he was also a Six Sigma Black Belt where he focused on deploying the Six Sigma statistical analysis tools to provide support for the formation and direction of large projects as well as to enhance customer satisfaction and improve costs.</p>
<p>Previously, Edlin also spent 21 years with the Bank of New Zealand during which time he held a number of roles in sales, credit, training, and change management.</p>
<p>Ross Taylor joins The Frame Group as a Technical Specialist and will be responsible for leading the Queensland Unified Communications team.</p>
<p>He has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry and was formerly Technical Specialist at Communications Design &amp; Management where he was responsible for the design, documentation, implementation and voice and data solutions. His projects included network and security design for clients including Queensland Diagnostic Imaging, Queensland Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries, City of Port Phillip, Collins Foods Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Education Queensland.</p>
