Spinal Injuries Association Selects TechnologyOne Financials and HR & Payroll

<p>Australia, 15 April 2008 – TechnologyOne Limited (ASX:TNE), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, has secured a contract to provide the Spinal Injuries Association (Queensland) with TechnologyOne Financials and TechnologyOne HR &amp; Payroll.</p>
<p>The Spinal Injuries Association is a not-for-profit organisation providing services and support for people living with spinal cord injuries in the state of Queensland and represents more than 1,500 members, with offices in Brisbane and Townsville and extensive networks throughout Queensland.</p>
<p>The recently signed contract was awarded to TechnologyOne following a competitive tender process to replace the Spinal Injuries Association’s incumbent financial and payroll systems. The Association is in the process of becoming ‘Quality Assured’ and their legacy solutions did not meet stringent Quality Assured reporting and operational standards.</p>
<p>As a not-for-profit organisation the Spinal Injuries Association receives a large number of grants. TechnologyOne Financials will track grants and funds received from a diverse number of sources. The ability of TechnologyOne Financials to provide a wide variety of reports will allow the Association to present accurate financial information to key stakeholders.</p>

<p>TechnologyOne HR &amp; Payroll will manage the increasing complexity and growth of the Spinal Injuries Association’s payroll requirements by providing more in-depth employee file information content, reporting, general ledger integration, employee self-service and payroll processing functions. The functionality of TechnologyOne HR &amp; Payroll to use retrospective pay processing and disperse employee pays across multiple cost centres is crucial to the association.</p>
<p>TechnologyOne Financials and HR &amp; Payroll will integrate with the Spinal Injuries Association’s current systems including Client Management System and Human Resources System, providing the Association with seamless integration.</p>
