Amethon’s Mobile Analytics Deployed in the United States

<p>Sydney, 6 March 2008 – Amethon Solutions, an Australian company specialising in analytics solutions for the mobile communications industry, has secured its first deployment of its Mobile Analytics platform into the United States for go2 Media™; a leading provider of local, personalised mobile content in America.</p>
<p>Amethon’s Mobile Analytics solution will provide go2 Media with the capacity to analyse browser traffic on mobile internet sites, giving them the ability to understand how subscribers utilise sites, as well as providing them with the key metrics that their advertising partners require. Accurately tracking and analysing mobile traffic will allow go2 Media to plan for the needs of both its customers and advertisers.</p>

<p>Mobile Analytics is the first web analytics solution specifically developed for mobile content publishers and wireless carriers. It provides all the standard web metrics including a number of mobile specific reports, such as handset brand and model, screen resolution and wireless carrier identification. Amethon has a number of commercial deployments of Mobile Analytics in Australia.</p>

<p>go2 Media will receive near real time analytics without adding latency or page ‘weight’ to the end-user’s browsing experience. Amethon’s Mobile Analytics uses a proprietary ‘wireline capture’ technology allowing go2 Media’s mobile web traffic to be analysed without the need for page tagging or log file analysis.</p>
