The Grand Slam of Corporate Excellence is back: The 2007 Frost & Sullivan Australia Best Practices Awards

<p>The second annual Frost &amp; Sullivan Australia Best Practices Awards is back this year with 20 new categories. It is time once again for the Australian Information &amp; Communications Technology (ICT) industry to compete for the top honours in corporate excellence – a Frost &amp; Sullivan Best Practices award.</p>
<p>For 2007, there will be 2 classes of awards being offered by Frost &amp; Sullivan’s local vertical market research programs: market leadership and customer satisfaction/endorsement. The recipients of the market leadership awards will be judged according to their market performance in 2006, while the customer satisfaction awards will be presented to companies based on their customer satisfaction ratings from Frost &amp; Sullivan’s demand side market surveys.</p>
<p>According to Frost &amp; Sullivan Australia ICT research director, Mr. Darryl Nelson, “All the award categories are in line with our existing in-depth coverage of the digital media, enterprise outsourcing and unified communications sectors in Australia.”</p>
<p>“Our team of analysts based in Sydney will be involved in the research and selection process, applying the same through approach employed in our research and consulting projects.”</p>
<p>Adds Mr. Nelson, “our three dedicated ICT research programs this year have the unique focus of covering high growth markets, where change is disrupting established infrastructures and business models.”</p>
<p>The research programmes focus on the most important vertical markets within those three ICT sectors. Unified Communications and Enterprise Outsourcing focuses on market trends, adoption patterns and key end-user issues within the banking, financial services and insurance, [BFSI] vertical (published in May 2007), government vertical (published in August 2007) and healthcare (November 2007) vertical, while the Digital Media Advertising programme focuses on the key advertiser industries of travel &amp; accommodation, banking &amp; finance, high technology and automotive.</p>
<p>In May 2007, the first studies were published within these vertically aligned programs and the following companies were chosen as recipients of a Frost &amp; Sullivan best practices award.</p>

5. – 2007 Frost &amp; Sullivan Advertiser Satisfaction Award for Online Classifieds Advertising
6. SEEK Ltd – 2007 Frost &amp; Sullivan Market Leadership Award for Online Classifieds Advertising</p>
