The Chemist Warehouse Group (My Chemist) is implementing a HR and payroll suite in its 150 stores across Australia in a bid to automate processes.
My Chemist CEO, Jack Gance, said as well as increasing efficiency there was also a very real concern about fraud.
As a result, the chemist network which has more than 2500 staff and turnover in excess of $700 million, has engaged PayGlobal Australia.
Gance said selection was based on PayGlobal's centralised database, integrated application suite and ability to scale with the organisation.
"Nationally the stores cover over 40 legal structures, in all states, so it is important to us that when we chose a provider they not only understand national rollouts but have the flexibility to grow with us," he said.
"Throughout the sales cycle it was important for us to fully understand the client's current and future growth projections, and requirements.."
PayGlobal manager, Kevin Brooks, said the focus was on a partnership which involved both companies discussing their ongoing development strategy going forward.
As a premier supplier we also discussed the ongoing development strategy of PayGlobal, ensuring that all of My Chemists needs are continually met and exceeded." remarked Kevin Brooks, Australian Sales Manager, PayGlobal.
