Australian tech market analysis firm, Connection Research, today announced it will sell and market reports by US-based consulting outfit, Parks Associates in the local market.
Under the cooperative agreement, Connection Research will sell Parks Associates' research reports which specialises in emerging consumer technology products and services.
Connection Research will be a reseller of all of the firm's products and services, including the full range of the company's digital lifestyles, digital media habits, digital health and electronic gaming reports.
The two companies have also agreed to cooperate on research activities and provide assistance to each other in developing cross-regional products.
Connection Research currently offers a range of market analysis products and services for manufacturers, distributors, consultants, carriers and others in the broad range of industries that are converging in the connected world, including proprietary industry analysis, multi-client research studies and end-user surveys.
Connection Research director, Graeme Philipson, said Parks Associates' research is relevant to Australian conditions.
"We are both researching similar issues, and the relationship will allow improved comparisons of digital technology usage patterns internationally, which means we will be better able to meet our clients' needs," he said.
