"Composer now provides Macquarie with extensive CRM capabilities to maximise the value of its communications with investors and independent financial advisors," DeDominicis said.
"The solution will consolidate Macquarie Banks' position as a leading wealth management platform by extending the breadth of product support for retail loans and the introduction of additional CRM facilities."
IBG will be using Composer's extended CRM capabilities for its business development function which includes capturing details relating to investors and financial advisers, a contact management module, prospect lifecycle management, mailing lists, and end user correspondence and advice.
The division will also be using the solution's loan management capabilities for its geared products which services standalone loans and geared investments, such as loans linked to investments.
