Intercad announces record 2006 results

<p>SYDNEY, Australia, February 19, 2007 - Intercad Pty Ltd, Australian computer-aided design and manufacturing specialist, has achieved a record financial result for the calendar year of 2006. The results reflect year-on-year growth of more than 35 per cent on a solid 2005 result.</p>
<p>According to Intercad’s newly appointed Managing Director, Scott Frayne, this result reflects the success achieved by the company’s customers in Australia and New Zealand as they continuously evolve their product design capabilities to remain globally competitive. Frayne said, “With 35 per cent growth for 2006 and similar projections for 2007, our community of SolidWorks users will exceed 10,000 by the half-year mark. We are privileged to work with so many talented, resourceful and innovative companies.”</p>
