LevelOne announces new IP CamSecure ProPlus Software - Free Trial Version provided on line

 • 08 March, 2007 10:11

Sydney. - 6th March, 2007 - Digital Data Communications, the European ICT supplier has announced the release of a Digital Surveillance Management Software named IP CamSecure. Users can now fully integrate a mixture of cameras from different manufacturers into the same Surveillance system, with a maximum of 64 video channels onto a single console.

For users who have already implemented analogue CCTV cameras for monitoring, IP CamSecure allows digital and CCTV cameras to be displayed side by side, allowing easy integration, and gradual upgrading from analogue to digital surveillance.

Apart from basic functions like motion detection, IP CamSecure has more advanced features such as Smart Guard and Smart Search allowing for smarter monitoring of motion, missing objects, foreign object and camera occlusion.

Monitoring of foreign object means that any objects, such as bags, boxes, cars or people, that do not belong to a preset "hot zone" will trigger an alarm; whereas the missing object feature brings up an alarm when any objects within the hot zone disappear.

IP CamSecure notifies the users of alarms with on-screen display, sounding alert, e-mail alert, phone call alert (e.g., to mobile numbers) and digital signal out. It can be installed on PCs or servers, and the images can be stored locally or on a Network Attached Storage (NAS). It provides many advantages over Digital Video Recorders (DVR) or video tapes, including remote viewing, and remote control of Pan/Tilt/Zoom through Internet access. Furthermore, it features 3GPP making it possible to stream images from security cameras to 3G compliant mobile devices over a 3G network.

Currently all LevelOne IP cameras are bundled with IP CamSecure Lite version which supports up to 32 cameras. The 30-day trial version of IP CamSecure Pro version can be downloaded from our website: http://global.level1.com/technical.php?Id=829&Type=All&SearchName=FCS-9132.
