TechnologyOne Expands Marketing Team With Newly Created Role

<p>BRISBANE, 31 January 2007 – Technology One Limited (ASX:TNE) has announced the appointment of Carly Perkins to the newly created role of Corporate Communications Manager. In this role she is responsible for developing and managing TechnologyOne’s internal and external communication program for audiences that include media, investors, customers and employees.</p>

Ms Perkins experience in marketing communications has been gained from roles in both the public and private sectors. She has created, driven and implemented campaigns across industries such as technology, health, construction, corporate (B2B), environment and not-for-profit.
Ms Perkins has recently returned to Brisbane after working in the United Kingdom as an account director for international public relations agency, Harrison Cowley as part of their property, construction and technical team. During this time she played an instrumental role in managing public relations, stakeholder relations and providing strategic counsel to clients that included Bewator/Siemens Security Technologies, the National Construction College and the Government’s Waste Resource Recycling Program (WRAP).
Prior to working the in the United Kingdom, Ms Perkins was public relations manager at Greenslopes Private Hospital in Brisbane, Australia’s largest private hospital, She was previously a senior communications officer at Queensland Health and has also worked as a newspaper journalist.
Ms Perkins holds a Bachelor of Business (Communications) degree from Queensland University of Technology and is currently undertaking her MBA through Southern Cross University.</p>
