<p>Prior to forming TELECORP LIMITED in March 2000 with high profile telecommunications duo Trevor Rowe, ASX Director, Chancellor of Bond University and Chairman, Investment Banking , NM Rothschild &amp; Sons, Australia; and Vern Wills, Chairman of Enhance Management, Mr Stephen Picton was Group Director, Strategic Development, AAPT.
